Return & Refund Policy

JM Apparels does not accept returns. Exchanges are permitted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered: If the product you received differs from the product ordered.
  • Wrong size delivered: If you received a size different from the size you ordered.
  • Wrong color delivered: If you received a color different from the color you ordered.

To request an exchange, email info@jmapparels.in with your order number and clear photos of the product received. Exchanges are processed after verification. No other returns or refunds are applicable.
